The Law Of Unintended Consequences

I had forgotten about his post, which I had written three days ago. Anyway, here's a comment I left at Bark Bark Woof Woof in regards to this post.

Call it another addition of unintended consequences. Having made such an uproar over the MoveOn.org add, it now creates an expectation of civility and decorum that they themselves have never lived up to all these years.

Now they are in a position of having to achieve an expectation they are incapable of achieving.
And that's why I really didn't mind the MoveOn.org ad. It turned into a trap for the VRWC's model of the Mighty Wurlitzer. Hypocrisy will always bite you in the ass.

Here is what sticks out in stark contrast for me...

When MoveOn ran the ad, politicians, poltroons and polecats got their panties in a bunch. But the military remained silent.

Then Rushbo stepped on his tiny member, and the politicians poltroons and assorted polecats all act like their tongues have been excised...and the military is weighing in.

Ha! HaHa! Mwahahahahahaha!
