Home Prices Post a Record Decline

NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- The home price plunge stayed on a record pace this summer, according to a widely watched gauge of national real estate markets released Tuesday.
From my point of view this is a DUH! moment in reporting. Now, if you'll excuse me, I am going to read the story about a dog biting a man.
