Before I decide to BVA, I'll wait a couple of days to see where to the rocket crashed, which is the normal result of Iranian multi-stage missile attempts. They have announced a lot of things that didn't quit go as planned because if it doesn't blow up on the launch pad they assume everything went well.
If they actually manage to achieve orbit, it will be a first, but it may be just like Sputnik and do nothing but beep.
We lost a lot of gear before we had a stable system and starting from scratch isn't easy.
