There is sacrifice in chess, and there is desperation in chess. The following is desperation:
Had he taken my Rook with his Bishop, my game is over. Instead, he uses his Rook, allowing me the diagonal into his back rank, and bang! I have mate in one.

Wild game. Was this a blitz game? Otherwise it's hard to understand some of the moves, especially the ones that left you two Bishops behind. But then you long ago showed your uncanny ability to jump into a pile of you-know-what and come out smelling rosy. It's a great talent to have.
OK. Now I see that it WAS a blitz game.
Meanwhile it doesn't look as if all the comments problems are solved yet, when it comes to those from Google. The name of the commenter and where he's from are not shown. Just a long line of strange characters across the top.

Carl, you might need to set up a profile on Google. It looks to have been instituted recently. That might change all the gobbledygook to a decent name.
Ok. Thanks. I'll try that. I admit, I haven't been as diligent about Google\Blogger things as I should've, and this will be the first time when I've had to get serious about setting up a profile.
I found that I already had a Google profile set up, though a barebones one. Still it had enough information, including my user name and my weblog address. It looks as if Google and MT are not collaborating in taking stuff out of the profile, and there must be some way meanwhile to turn that ID mess into something more useful.
I checked the blogger setting, and it only discusses what name will show up on your blog posts, nothing about comments at other blogs. I also can't seem to find anything that allows me to make changes from this side.
On the other hand, I can send you a new password so you can log in under the old MT registration that is on record on my server.
