Still Angry

Yeah, still pissed about the possible dropping of the public option from the Health Care Reform bill. I am well aware that it is still an ongoing process, and that the public option has been dropped before, only to bounce back. Still, in the end, no public option, regardless of any "non-profit" creation, leaves the middle -- and lower middle -- class screwed for years to come. Meanwhile the godless capitalists rape the land, taking all the money for themselves, without so much as a wham, bam, thank you very much, lamb.

Some days I really do think the human race would be better off getting wiped off the face of the planet by an asteroid. What, exactly, are we accomplishing at the moment that justifies our existence?
